These Terms of Service govern your use of Pride Care Cleaning LLC's website and cleaning services. By booking a service, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Service requests may be submitted through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed only after we have communicated a scheduled date and time to you. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments as needed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made the same day as the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can adjust our team's schedule.
4. Pricing & Payments
Quotes are provided based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from what was described. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Access & Property
You are responsible for providing safe access to your property. Please inform us of any security codes, pets, alarms, or special instructions prior to your appointment. You must secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and important documents before our team arrives.
6. Damages & Liability
Pride Care Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. We will promptly report any damage that occurs during a cleaning and, when appropriate, repair or replace the item at our discretion. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
7. SMS Communications
By submitting a booking or application form, you consent to receive text messages from Pride Care Cleaning regarding appointments, scheduling, service updates, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and reply STOP to end. View our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
